The project goal is to create a cross-border cultural network to facilitate cooperation between artists and specialists in the world of historical graphic novels in Western Balkans and the EU, in the spirit of European Union values.
The next CAN for Balkans stop was in Tirana, Albania, a place that doesn’t make you think of comics at first, but certainly a place that unveiled for the project members some great comics artists and people that are doing such a great job in promoting and developing the comics in Albania and not only.
